You need to create a healthy morning routine, are you fed up of your messy routine? I’m going to share my routine with you, which i have been following for last 2-3 years. This routine has helped me in maintaining peace in my mind and removing stress.
So today i’m sharing a morning routine which i personally follow. This routine is sufficient for you to be a morning person from a late night owl.
Wake up early.

Waking up early has numberless benefits. It gives you a more energy, it makes you day positive. You have more time to think about yourself and you become better problem solver. Your day become more organized. You’ll have more time for exercise. Apart from these benefits it also gives you a natural and deep sleep at the end of your day.
Review To Do List.

After waking up early, you should not touch your smartphone for at least 60 minutes. First step to do is, make a list of what to do for your day. Apart from organizing your whole, it have some more benefits. It makes you productive, it increases your creativity. It decreases your day stress. It helps you to be focused.So now your first step after waking up must be to make to do list.
Have Green Tea.

Benefits of green tea are uncountable. It detoxifies your body, cleans you blood vessels. It improves you brain functioning. It cleans your skin and gives you natural glow. It helps to reduce bad breath. It also prevents from many cardiovascular diseases, cancer, heart diseases and type 2 diabetes. Apart from these, it helps you to meet your desired weight loss goals.
Hit the GYM.

Not only gym your exercise at your own place too. Exercise increase your energy, it burns off unwanted calories. It helps you to sleep more restfully and deep. It also relieves stress. It makes you happy, delightful and focused.
