Skin is the outer and most visible part of our body. A healthy skin is an acne free, even toned, fair, wrinkle less, glowing and soft skin.

So how can you get a healthy skin?

In this article i’m going to share some scientifically proven way to get a healthy skin.

Stay Hydrated

Drinking enough water can help you in detoxify your body. Drinking enough water helps your digestive system in flushing out all toxins from your body, which results in cleaning up your skin. Apart from this it also moisturizes your skin and keep it hydrated and maintain the glow of your skin. For best results your should drink at least 8 glasses of water per day.

Eat Fruits and Vegetables

Fruits and vegetables contain some antioxidants that protects your skin from cellular damage, wrinkle, age spots, pollution and sun damage. They contain large amount of multivitamins and multinutrients which are important for maintaining the healthy glow of your skin and keeping your skin youthful, they cure acne and fight aging. Citrus fruits like orange also fight free radical and ageing. They help to curb the bacterial action and helps your skin to glow naturally.

Exercise regularly

Exercising is good not only for your body but for your skin too. Exercising leads to sweating, which opens up clog pores of your skin and also remove bacteria and dead skin cells from your skin. Apart from these it also increases your blood circulation of you body. But don’t forget to shower after your exercise session and make sure not sweat should be remain on your skin.

Get a Beauty sleep

A beauty sleep means going to your bed early and give proper rest to our body. While you sleep, your body increases blood flow in your skin. resulting in curing of the damages your skin get though out your day and replacing of dead cells.

Always wear a suns cream

Before going out in a summers don’t forget to wear a suns cream. Sun omits UV rays which can damage you naked skin. A pigment called melanin is produced by our skin glands. Production of melanin makes our skin colour. Exposure to sun means more production of melanin which leads to dark skin tone.

Some additional tips to get a healthy skin

  • Never squeeze an acne or a pimple – Squeezing an acne leads to spreading of bacteria in our skin which leads to increasing of acne.
  • Drink green tea – Apart from number less benefits green tea help you to detoxify wastes from your body and making your skin glow.
  • Washing your face – you must wash your face at least twice daily which results in removing of dead cells and bacteria from your skin.
  • Moisturizer – Always use a oil free moisturizer as an oil containing moisturizer can block your skin pores and stops in from breathing. Using a good quality moisturizer keeps your skin hydrated.
  • Remove you makeup before sleep – Leaving makeup on your skin can highly damage your skin and can cause wrinkles or another skin problems overnight.
  • Coffee – Apart from reducing belly fat coffee can also helps in making your skin healthy. coffee contain antioxidants which can treat acne and increase blood flow.
  • No Smoking – You know that smoking is bad for your lungs but you may get surprise by knowing that smoking cab also damage your skin. smoking can cause wrinkle and makes you skin looking older.
